This is a fun design. We are going to make your lettering look like clouds.
First, we will make a gradient background, like a sky.

Then we add any kind of lettering that is rounded. This is just a basic lettering, there are many styles of rounded lettering.
I then made this lettering look like floating clouds. I moved it to the bottom of the picture so we could add the word "Winter " on top. This could be the start of a Winter Sale sign, or ad for your website.
Below is the final picture. The word "Winter" could be made to look just like the word Sale, but sometimes contrast is better for catching the publics eye!!
